Thirdy Ravena officially replaced in B.League All-Star Game

Thirdy Ravena will not be able to compete in his first-ever B.League All-Star Game.

The Japanese premier league has already replaced the 6-foot-2 Asian import of San-En for the all-star game set to be played on January 16 in Mito.

Replacing Ravena is Mikawa’s Takuya Kawamura, who is averaging 9.1 points on 52.9-percent shooting for the West-leading Seahorses.

Ravena, 8.8 points, 3.67 rebounds, and 1.58 assists per contest, would have played for B.League White.

However, the Atene product sustained a metacarpal oblique fracture on his right index finger when San-En took on Shibuya last Saturday.

He is expected to be out for four to six weeks.

Ravena will also not compete in the Slam Dunk contest on January 15.
