SEAG medalists lead Obstacle Sports NT to Ninja World Cup Qualis


The Pilipinas Obstacle Sports Federation (POSF) and Arcovia City, the renowned training ground, proudly waved their flags high as they bid farewell to the country’s finest athletes. A group of extraordinary individuals will soon embark on a journey to compete in the Ninja World Cup USA qualifiers, set to challenge the world’s best obstacle course athletes.

From July 16-17, 2023, Arcovia City, nestled within Megaworld Lifestyle Malls’ vibrant Pasig City township, played host to a thrilling open tournament that brought together aspiring athletes and obstacle course enthusiasts from all corners of the Philippines. The stakes were high, and the air was electric with anticipation as these athletes showcased their unparalleled skills and strength.

The triumph of the open tournament came with a great reward: the privilege of representing the Philippines on the global stage at the prestigious Ninja World Cup USA. This renowned event unites the world’s finest obstacle course athletes, offering them an unparalleled chance to prove their mettle and vie for the esteemed title of the next Ninja Warrior.

Coach Precious Que-Aguilar addressed the athletes before the send-off, saying that all their training will pay off

The national athletes will be led by Mark Julius Rodelas, Kevin Pascua, Precious Cabuya, and Kaizen Dela Serna.

Completing the seniors are Jay-R De Castro, Ahgie Radan, Mervin Guarte, Elias Tabac, Milky Mae Tejares, Mecca Cortizano, Sandi Abahan, and Marites Nocyao.

Junior athletes also being sent to the games are John Edris Dizon, Trisha Del Rosario, Gianna Quintela, Gavin Ti, Zara Chua, and Daniella Aro.

For Arcovia City’s General Manager, Kux Quiogue, this exhilarating event will not only as a showcase of exceptional talent within the country but also as a platform for these remarkable athletes to represent the Philippines on an international level.

“We are proud to have been the training grounds for these incredible athletes as they gear up for this prestigious competition,” Quiogue shared with a beaming smile.

POSF President, Atty. Al Agra, expressed heartfelt gratitude for the unwavering support extended by Megaworld Lifestyle Malls, through Arcovia City, in preparing the athletes for the most significant competition of their lives.

“The journey to the Ninja World Cup USA is not just about sports but also about building camaraderie, discipline, and resilience among our athletes. The support we’ve received has been instrumental in their growth and success,” Agra emphasized.
