BREN Esports goes to 6-0 as Blacklist picks up third win in MPL


BREN Esports extended its unbeaten run to six games, while Blacklist International picked up its third win in week four of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League-Philippines Season 6, Friday evening.

Already ahead by a huge margin, KarlTzy (KarlTzy) first took down Bensanity. Ribo (Alice) then scored a double kill on tsujin (Baxia) and Hadess (Hayabusa) to pave the way for BREN Esports to take the lord.

Forced to defend, Cignal Ultra was no match for BREN Esports. KarlTzy capped off the series-clinching Game Two with a triple kill.

The 16-year-old KarlTzy put up seven kills, two deaths, and seven assists to solidify BREN’s top dog status with a 6-0 win-loss slate in Group B.

Former Cignal star Pheww had three kills, four deaths, and nine assists, while Lusty (Popol and Kupa) had two kills, a death, and 12 assists.

ImbaDeejay (Selena), on the other hand, spearheaded Cignal with four kills, a death, and two assists. Cignal now stands at 2-3 in the same group.

In the other game, Blacklist International bested Execration, 2-1.

DEX STAR won MVP honors in Game Three, providing a clean 7-0-10 KDA using Cyclops. Meanwhile, rising star FULLCLIP (Lancelot) backstopped his captain with seven kills, two deaths, and four assists.

Aqua (Yu Zhong) and Edward (Thamuz) combined for four kills, a death, and 19 assists for Blacklist, who are now level with Execration with a 3-2 card in Group A. Both teams are behind defending champions Aura PH.

Ch4knu (Akai) almost turned the game upside down for Execration, pinning down FULLCLIP to try and salvage the game.

He finished with zero kills, five deaths, and three assists.

E2MAX (Pharsa) led Execration with three kills, two deaths, and an assist, while Hate (Ling) continued to struggle with a 1-3-3 KDA.
